Installhub Network Usage

Any relationship (customer to provider or provider to provider) that initiated on the Installhub portal must stay on the Installhub portal for the lifetime of that relationship. Using Installhub to gather contact information, and then engaging outside of the Installhub portal is strictly forbidden. Your account shall be terminated upon breach of this requirement. As a general rule: "If it started on Installhub, it stays on Installhub". If you have any questions about this policy, please contact the Installhub support team BEFORE directly contacting the provider.


Listed below are the Terms and Conditions of the Installhub usage. If we modify this agreement, we will notify you in advance. Generally speaking, we strive to be as clear and simple as possible. Installhub is owned and operated by Installnet International, LLC (Installnet).

1: Software As A Service - Installhub is an application that is provided for your use as a Software as a Service (SaaS). Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions grants access to the application.

This service is provided to you "AS IS" without indemnification or warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the data you enter into the system. There are several instances where Installhub adds third party data into the system, but it is your responsibility to validate that data before use (manufacturing catalog options, pricing, tax rates, etc.). Installhub provides methods for customers and providers to input and store data, but is not responsible for omissions, mistakes, outdated data, miscalculations, or incorrect information of any kind.

Installhub provides a method to facilitate quotes and job communication between customers and services providers. It is not responsible for mistakes in pricing, quality of product/service, or timeliness of payment.

The service provided by Installhub is for use by you only and you are not permitted to transfer, sell, resell, rent, or lease your membership to anyone else.

2: What's Ours is Ours and Yours is Yours - All of the data you enter into Installhub is yours. The software that uses and presents the data is ours. You shall be able to remove your data upon request. We secure the data using several methods: (a) Data in transit uses HTTPS, or secure, encrypted communication channels. (b) Data within the system is logically separated from others. (c) Data is backed up routinely and consistently and is stored in several offsite locations. (d) The physical Installhub environment is monitored 24/7/365 via state-of-the-art protection and monitoring tools. Only authorized personnel have access to the data center.

All of the data you put into Installhub must comply with U.S. copyright laws. Installhub, the application, is copyright Installnet with all rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, modify or reuse any portion of the application or application components without our permission.

3: Data Retention - We routinely and consistently back up data entered into Installhub. We retain these backup sets for long periods of time. Installhub is designed so that the data you enter into the system now will be available for retrieval years from now. Although Installhub does its very best to save, backup and store data, Installhub makes no promises that no data will never be lost or unavailable.

4: Warranties - Installhub does not warrant that the Software Services will meet all of Client's requirements or that use of the Software Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. If a problem arises, Installhub will fix or repair issues as quickly as possible.

5: Your Responsibilities - You are responsible for the security of your account and password. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to do so. You must use the service as a human. Sorry, no robots or automated processes are allowed. Your login should only be used by one person, although we frequently do allow for exceptions if prearranged. You must not modify, adapt or "hack" the application.

6: Payments, Refunds, Cancellations, and Terminations - Installhub facilitates relationships between a customer and a service provider. The service provider is responsible for collecting payments from the customer, which includes any applicable Installhub transaction fee. Installhub will collect transaction fees directly from the service provider.

If your account is canceled, we will do our very best to get all of your data to you in a mutually agreed-upon format. We will retain your data for at least 30 days. Afterward, your data is subject to deletion and removal.

7: Canceling Awarded Jobs - After a quote has been turned into an order, by attaching a Purchase Order, it becomes an active job. If a customer cancels a job after it has been awarded, the customer is subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $25 for the first offense, and then 10% or $50 (whichever is more) for subsequent cancellations. In addition, a customer's account is subject to termination if this practice continues. A customer account will be disabled until cancellation fees are remitted via credit card.

8: Support - Installhub support is provided for members of the service. You can email us anytime at [email protected]. We will respond to all inquiries, questions, comments, and help requests within 24 business hours.

9: Job Close-out - All completed projects will require an attached signed work order. Awarded projects should be updated through job completion by either the Service Provider or the Customer. Awarded projects with no updates for 45 days will be notified that the project will be considered complete and payment due if no updates added within 15 days. Projects with no activity after 60 days are considered complete, invoiced and due immediately.

10: Installhub Transaction Fees - The Installhub portal will calculate a transaction fee for bids the service provider submits for that job. These fees are not seen by the customer as they are part of the Service Provider costs. These service fees are included in every bid, except those where a pre-existing relationship has been identified.

11: Billing - Credit terms for Installhub projects are 60 days from project completion date. All service providers will have a credit card/ACH information registered through our payment portal for billing the Installhub fee after 90 days or upon request. Notices will be sent to Service Providers when fees are 60 Days past due. At 90 Days open invoices are billed to Credit Card or ACH information on file. Refunds are issued as Installhub credits toward future Installhub fees.

12: Pre-Existing Relationship - A pre-existing relationship is defined by a formal quote request being requested and received outside of Installnet within the last two years. This is intended to remove the Installhub transaction fee between customers and service providers that have a business relationship dating prior to discovery through Installnet. Applicable documentation may be requested.

13: Termination of Access - Installhub reserves the right to terminate your Installhub account for reasons, not limited to, contacting providers for service outside of Installhub, attempting to cheat or reduce Installhub transaction fees, lack of timely payment to service providers, quality control, or other similar conditions.

14: Business Relationship - When a customer uploads a Purchase Order and accepts a providers bid, the business relationship is between the customer and the service provider directly. Installhub facilitates, but is not responsible, for this business relationship. Both customers and service providers are able to, and strongly suggested to, do their own due diligence before entering into a business relationship.

15: Final Provisions - We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers. Of course, we'll reach out to the account owner before taking any action except in rare cases where the level of use may negatively impact the performance for other customers.

We do not warrant that: (i) the service will meet your specific requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the service will be corrected. Although we try very, very hard to do our best if any problems arise.

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other similar matter relating to the service.
